1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 3kkk platform and all related services. By accessing the site, creating an account or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Keeping your account login details (username and password) confidential is entirely your responsibility. You must not allow third parties to use your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify the support team immediately.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the 3kkk platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods may be used to deposit and withdraw funds: bKash, Nagad and Rocket.

3.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• The name on the deposit account and the 3kkk account name must match.
• Deposits made through third parties are not accepted.
• Suspicious transactions will not be processed until verified.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.
• Account identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.

3.3 Suspicious Transactions

3kkk is committed to preventing money laundering and fraud. If any transaction appears unusual, 3kkk may request relevant documentation and temporarily suspend the transaction.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

A welcome bonus is available for new members at 3kkk. A 200% bonus is offered on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before a withdrawal can be made.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 will add a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the account balance to ৳3,000. To withdraw the bonus, a total wager of ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 must be completed.

4.1 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each user may claim each promotional offer only once.
• Withdrawals cannot be made until the wagering requirement for a bonus has been met.
• 3kkk reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed and the bonus forfeited.

4.2 VIP Program

3kkk's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback is available at each tier: Bronze members receive up to 0.3%, Silver members up to 0.7% and Gold members up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week. Advancement through VIP tiers is based on regular play.

5. Betting and Gaming

The 3kkk platform offers various types of games including slots, live casino and sports betting. All games are operated through third-party software providers.

5.1 Rules for Placing Bets

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• 3kkk is not responsible for bets that were not processed due to technical errors.
• 3kkk reserves the right to correct any incorrect odds or payouts displayed due to a system error.
• Logging into the same account from multiple devices at the same time is not permitted.

5.2 Account Limits

5.3 Prohibited Activities

6. Account Suspension and Closure

If a user breaches these Terms, 3kkk may temporarily suspend or permanently close their account without prior notice.

6.1 Reasons for Account Closure

• Registering with false information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions.
• Attempting fraud or manipulation.
• Operating an account on behalf of a person under 21 years of age.

6.2 Closure at User's Request

A user who wishes to voluntarily close their account may contact support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1 SSL Protection

All transactions and data exchanges on the platform are secured through SSL encryption. Users' payment information is not sold or transferred to third parties.

3kkk retains user data for a defined period to meet necessary legal obligations. Even after an account is closed, some data may be retained for security and fraud prevention purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

3kkk will not be liable for losses arising from the following under any circumstances:

• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Errors in third-party game software.
• Problems with the user's own device or software.
• The user's account credentials being accessed by another person.

Any complaint must be submitted within 30 days of the incident. Complaints filed after this period may not be accepted.

11.2 Final Decision

In disputes concerning game outcomes, the game server logs will be considered the final evidence. 3kkk's decision on such matters is final and binding.

12. Applicable Law

These Terms will be interpreted and applied in accordance with applicable law. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform is lawful from their location.

13. Entire Agreement
